Guided Stable Motion gets benefits from yoga in simpler ways. Think of it as borrowed from yoga and shaped for you.
This is un-yoga: no spandex; no trying to not fall over. I’ve had good teachers, but this doesn’t come from what works for me. This comes from teaching yoga and reflecting on what I’ve seen get in the way.
With time or injury we move less well. And it gets in the way. We can soften that. We can move better. We can mend. We can enjoy the day more. This is a way to help that.
