We have an instinct to rub a spot when it gets sore. It’s a good instinct.

We can hold so much tension around our shoulders especially if we stare at a screen and type or do the same work again and again with our hands.

We can roll our shoulders and flap our arms about for days and not get much done. Anchored motion opens our shoulders.
