Do some yoga anytime you feel it. Do it as you are, bring all that is foremost for you in that moment to your yoga. Allow all of you in doing yoga to make yoga part of you. It will do you good.
Give yourself some yoga practice on your own and when you come to me. Move, feel, learn, feel good, and do yourself good. Practice free from distractions, empty of thoughts, empty stomach, empty bladder, empty bowel. Fully you.
Let me use an example. Let’s pretend your right thigh feels tight and sore. Make sure you let me know how you feel. And we’ll do yoga together along your abdomen and around your thigh and ease your tensions. We’ll do all our yoga together moving well around how you feel.
Do you feel tired or sore or sad or stressed or tight or angry or joyous or passionate or vigorous? These are part of you, like your tight thigh they come with you. Make sure you let yourself know how you feel. Like your thigh, we’ll wrap yoga around all of you. Bring you fully to yoga. Bring every version of your energy to yoga together. We move to feel good and do ourselves good in all ways.
Make yoga part of you by allowing all of you in doing yoga. Yoga teaches us to feel ourselves and not ignore. We give yoga to ourselves as ongoing practice and training to help being in this world not as escape and ignoring.
Yoga liberates us, frees us. Yoga helps free us from the words and ideas we receive. We feel good as we move and feel good in ourselves. Doing yoga we leave aside our habit of going over the words and ideas we receive. We give to ourselves doing yoga empty of thoughts. We move and enjoy how we feel without need for words.
