All yoga has flow. All yoga has moving into a pose. All yoga has moving out of a pose. All yoga has moving from pose to pose.
These movements in and out of poses are part of how we do yoga.
Sometimes we flow smoothly. Sometimes we pause in a pose. Sometimes we pause between poses.

Wide Leg Forward Fold has benefit before Warrior 2 and flows smoothly.
Yoga is about how it feels. Yoga teaches us awareness. Holding a pose deepens awareness of alignment and how our muscles engage and extend. A flowing chain of poses heightens our awareness of the connection of movement. This awareness feels good.
