Wrong
Almost everything ever known is wrong. That’s humbling. Reliably knowing is not something we do well. We get misled and mislead ourselves. We need to keep remembering this and be constantly curious and doubtful, and ask questions and explore.
Doing yoga is a way of looking into ourselves, listening to ourselves deeply as animals, and then looking out and feeling strongly that we have questions about what we’ve been told.
